Recycling copper and aluminium cables for your performance
Our offer to buy electrical and telecom cables
We buy back your electrical cables, whether they come from construction sites, industrial activities, maintenance operations or dismantled networks. Thanks to our specialised solutions for the collection, sorting and treatment of end-of-life cables, we ensure optimal recovery of the metals contained — in particular copper and aluminium — while guaranteeing compliant and sustainable management of your waste.
Our cable reception processes have been optimised to be as fast as possible so that you can carry out your invoicing as soon as possible:
- We receive your cables
- We draw up an acknowledgement of receipt
- You can invoice us
- Our payments are fast and reliable
We guarantee the right purchase price for your cables thanks to:
- Our expertise in the sale of copper and aluminium shot
- Our ability to recycle plastics from cable recycling
- The quality of our finished products
What types of cables do we buy?

Our cable recycling plants
We carry out our mechanical recycling activities for cable waste on 2 sites in France. Our processes allow for the mechanical separation of plastics from insulators and sheaths and metals, whether copper or aluminium. Our regular investments in our processes guarantee you high recycling yields and a very high purity of the finished products and therefore the highest value of your waste. Our regular investments in our processes guarantee you high recycling yields and a very high purity of the finished products and therefore the highest value of your waste.
The mechanical cable recycling process
Cable recycling consists of separating metals from plastics in a chain of shredders and granulators. Once the optimal particle size has been obtained (< 5 mm), it is possible to separate the different materials:
- Ferrous metals are extracted using magnets,
- Non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminium and plastics are then separated by density. Because metals are heavier than plastics, it's easy to break them down in the air or water.

These processes make it possible to:
- To guarantee a very high recycling yield for non-ferrous metals
- To obtain very high purity metals that can be integrated into production processes to replace metals from mining that can be used for the same purposes or in different activities.
- To recycle plastics that have been stripped of their metals.

NEXANS: an industrial partnership for cable recycling
Since 2008, we have partnered with Nexans to create a plant using the latest cable recycling technologies: RECYCÂBLES, which has quickly become the leader in the recycling of cables and non-ferrous metals in France.
Since then, together with Nexans, we have continued to invest in this activity to maintain our technological lead: metal refining, plastics processing, plant extension and thus contribute to the circular economy and environmental protection.

Frequently asked questions
To protect the environment
Burning cables is prohibited by the regulations in force because it generates the release of substances that are dangerous for humans and the environment.
New materials for the same or different uses
Cable recycling allows you to enter the circular economy by generating very clean non-ferrous metals that can be reintegrated into the production cycle of new cables. This avoids the extraction of non-renewable resources and energy savings for their transformation.
It also allows the recycling and recovery of the plastics that make up the insulation and the sheath to give them a new life in our objects.
Economic enhancement
Finally, metals have a significant value, which makes it possible to bring money to its holder.
