SUEZ People Week

There are many ways to advance your career at SUEZ – this is the message of our week dedicated to professional development and social engagement, sponsored by Michelin-starred chef Thierry Marx for the most recent one. On the agenda: round tables on mobility within our Group (whether international or professional), a focus on training opportunities, discussions between employees to learn about each other's jobs and meetings with representatives from the voluntary sector to discuss issues that are important to us all. It was an opportunity to remind everyone that all employees can devote 14 hours of their working time each year to a cause.

Safety Week

The wellbeing of our employees is essential and, we have an established culture of health and safety in our daily work.


Our Safety Week in 2024 promoted our Speak Up and Stop campaign. This initiative encourages our employees to speak up and stop work as soon as they identify a dangerous situation.

Health Week: " Asking yourself if you're okay is already taking care of yourself!"

We can all go through difficult times at different points in our lives, either directly or through our loved ones or colleagues, yet mental health is still too often overlooked.

That is why, at SUEZ, we are collectively opening up dialogue on this subject, which is still too often perceived as taboo. Our employees are invited to participate in events and workshops that address this subject in an open and supportive manner.

And because mental health is just as important as physical health, we offer our eligible employees the Balancy app: a simple and accessible tool to help them maintain a healthy work-life balance, manage stress better, improve their sleep and track their physical activity on a daily basis.

SUEZ Move challenge

What small habits can make a big difference? Exercise! Staying active strengthens both the body and mind, and helps us bring more energy and positivity to our days. Every step counts - that's the spirit of the SUEZ Move Challenge.

When we all get together at SUEZ, we can reach for the moon! In 2025, for the third consecutive year, our annual internal sports challenge brought together 6,000 employees from around the world who ran, walked or cycled across the globe! These 1,000 teams challenged themselves on a daily basis and ultimately covered an impressive 1,853,351 km, or five times the distance from the Earth to the Moon, to support the Fondation de la Mer!
