SUEZ announces the appointment of Kathleen Wantz-O'Rourke as Group Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee

Kathleen Wantz-O'Rourke will join SUEZ effective March 15th, as Executive Vice President, Group Chief Financial Officer.

After various CFO positions for SIEMENS in Australia, Germany, France and Belgium, from 1984 onwards, Kathleen Wantz-O'Rourke joined ENGIE in 2012 as Group Action Plan and Performance Director until 2016 when she joined the Executive Committee of AKKA Technologies as Executive Vice President Operations & Performance. A member of Keolis' Executive Committee between April 2018 and May 2021, she headed the Group's Finance and Legal Department. She was also a Director and Chair of the audit committee at NEXANS between 2015 and 2022.

Since June 2021, Kathleen Wantz-O'Rourke has been with the automotive supplier Plastic Omnium as Chief Financial Officer.
