Appointment of Xavier Girre as CEO of SUEZ
Upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Compensation Committee, the Board of directors of SUEZ, in its meeting held on June 6th, 2025, unanimously approved the appointment of Xavier Girre as CEO of SUEZ, as of July 1st, 2025.
As promised, the Board of directors has looked for and identified the best leader to accelerate the development of SUEZ. We are convinced that Xavier Girre, through his outstanding career, his in-depth knowledge of our businesses and his leadership, will successfully carry out this mission. He can count on the Board and SUEZ teams’ full support. The Board expresses its gratitude to Pierre Pauliac and Yves Rannou, who acted as co-CEOs during the last months. In addition to their roles as Water and Recycling & Recovery COOs and managing day-to-day operations, they succeeded in accelerating the Group's transformation plan and strategic roadmap deployment.Thierry Déau , Chairman
