Graduate programmes: a unique experience

Since 2014, our Graduate Programmes have been offering an enriching 24-month experience to young graduates, who can:

  • Quickly develop their skills
  • Discover the different professions within our Group
  • Develop their professional networks
  • Develop their interpersonal skills

Seizing this opportunity means embarking on a rewarding professional adventure and becoming a key player in change. Joining the Graduate Programmes means becoming part of a new generation of committed leaders.

What is the profile of our graduates?

Looking for a motivating first job and professional experience that makes a difference, our graduates come from business schools, engineering schools and universities. Independent, flexible and curious, with a real sense of management and a passion for the environment, they are ready to take on ecological challenges and move anywhere in France to make things happen.

Why choose a Graduate Programme?

A path to excellence and accelerated career growth

over two years.

Varied and complementary assignments

sometimes with several rotations, in France or abroad.

A personalised development plan

through training.

Support from a human resources advisor

from onboarding to taking up your first managerial position.

Regular meetings

(onboarding, internal events, training) to stay in touch and share experiences with peers and other Group graduates.

International VIE: get involved in large-scale projects

Are you a European Union citizen looking to start your career with an experience abroad? Apply for the International Corporate Volunteering programme (VIE).

Each year, around 40 young graduates eligible for technical and engineering positions or support functions (finance, business development, sustainable development, sales, human resources, etc.) go on VIE placements within our various subsidiaries.

These positions, which last from 6 to 24 months, are available in many countries around the world where we operate.
