Kathleen Wantz-O'Rourke
Group Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice-President
After various CFO positions for SIEMENS in Australia, Germany, France and Belgium, from 1984 onwards, Kathleen Wantz-O'Rourke joined ENGIE in 2012 as Group Action Plan and Performance Director until 2016 when she joined the Executive Committee of AKKA Technologies as Executive Vice President Operations & Performance. A member of Keolis' Executive Committee between April 2018 and May 2021, she headed the Group's Finance and Legal Department and then Chief Financial Officer for the automotive supplier Plastic Omnium. She was also a Director and Chair of the audit committee at NEXANS between 2015 and 2022.
Additionally, Kathleen is the President of the Turgot Prize - best book on Financial Economics awarded every year in France. She is also a Director of the Trust Management Institute and a member of the Circle of Women Leaders in Paris.
