Laurent-Guillaume Guerra

Graduated in political sciences (IEP Strasbourg) and of Business School (EM Lyon), Laurent-Guillaume Guerra started his career in Alstom Group where he held different positions in finance and internal audit. In 2002, he joined ArcelorMittal Group as financial controller of a business unit, before moving to the Group's human resources department in 2006. Head of Employee Relations in Europe, then Operational HR Director for the different plants in the east France, he was appointed Head of Human Resources France of ArcelorMittal in 2011.

In 2015, he joined SUEZ as HR Director for Water division in France, before being promoted to HR Director France in 2018, supporting the social and human dimensions of the Group's transformation projects in Water and Waste.

Since 2022, he has been appointed EVP Human Resources, Health & Safety and Environmental & Industrial Risks
