Charlotte began her career in sustainable development within Accor Group in 2004. She then joined Capgemini Invent, where she carried out strategy and organisational consulting assignments for major companies in the energy, transport and public services sectors.
In 2010, she joined the Edenred Group, which specialises in prepaid services solutions for businesses, as Director of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), then, from 2014, as Director of CSR and Human Resources Development.
In 2017, she joined FM Logistic, an internationally recognised company in the fields of logistics and supply chain management, as Group Sustainable Development Director.
Since 2023, she has been Vice-President of Sustainable Development for the SUEZ Group.
