SUEZ is partnering with the France Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai

A World Expo will be held in Dubai from 20 October 2020 to 10 April 2021 on the theme of "Connecting Minds, Creating the Future". 190 countries from all over the world will be taking part, and 25 million visitors are expected. SUEZ is partnering with the France Pavilion, which has chosen mobility as subtheme for this Expo.

SUEZ will be at the France Pavilion in Dubai, presenting its activities and its commitment to the circular economy. The Group will be organising presentations and exhibitions at the France Pavilion in January 2021 during a week dedicated to natural resource management.

It will also be offering a variety of events throughout the World Expo and hosting international institutional delegations and its main customers in the region.

With more than 60 years of presence in the Middle East, SUEZ has been contributing to the region's development with references such as :

  • Doha West, a wastewater treatment and recycling plant equipped with innovative treatments enabling the recycling of up to 100% of treated water for agriculture in the desert (55%), green spaces (42%) and replenishing aquifers (3%)
  • Barka 4 IWP, the biggest reverse osmosis desalination plant in the Sultanate of Oman, which won an award at the Global Water Summit in 2019
