Purpose of the data processing

The purpose for which the data is processed is, depending on the nature of the message, specified in the contact form:
1/ Answer to the main interests of customers or prospects as expressed in the form ;
2/ to provide the professional contact with commercial and marketing documentation issued by SUEZ Smart Solutions.

The lawfulness of the processing is based on the legitimate interest of SUEZ Smart Solutions for purpose N°1.
The lawfulness of the processing is based on the consent of the data subjects for purpose N°2.

The categories of personal data directly collected by the Marketing Department of SUEZ Smart Solutions are as follows:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Company name

Mandatory or optional nature of data collection

The collection of data is necessary for the execution of this processing operation.
Automated decision making
The processing does not provide for automated decision making.

Data subjects

The data subjects are the visitors of SUEZ’ website (see Purpose of Data Processing), namely:

• Prospects (potential customers) business customers who request more information about the ON'connect™ solutions

Data recipients

The personal data collected are exclusively intended for the Marketing Department and Sales Department of SUEZ Smart Solutions and SUEZ.

Transfers of data outside the EU

[No data transfer outside the European Union is carried out]

Data storage period

The personal data of prospects is kept for 2 years from the last contact with the User. At the end of this 2-year period, SUEZ Smart Solutions may contact the prospect again to find out whether he or she wishes to continue receiving commercial solicitations. In the absence of a positive and explicit response from the User, the data will be deleted.

Your rights

Pursuant to the applicable laws and regulations on personal data:

• You have the right to access, rectify, object, limit the processing and erase your data

For all processing carried out within the framework of the Site and only within this framework, regardless of the Entity responsible for the processing, the User may exercise his right:
