In 2019, the Fondation SUEZ supported more than 40 projects and reinforced its commitment to the inclusion of the most vulnerable. Climate change, urbanization, conflicts... the challenges of access to water, sanitation and waste management are so crucial than ever for development. In France, the Foundation supports associations working to integrate the most vulnerable with employment and training.
The Fondation SUEZ is involved with associations that carry out projects for education, culture and sport, with young people from priority neighborhoods and isolated regions, for social inclusion. True to its vocation of leaving no one by the wayside, the Fondation has participated since its creation in supporting projects that have enabled more than 5.5 million people to see their living conditions improve.
In March 2020, during the Covid emergency, the Fondation created a Covid fund now endowed with more than 1 million euros to support emergency projects, in France and in developing countries.
