At the ChangeNOW Summit, which is taking place in Paris from 30 January to 1 February 2020, we have commissioned the Austrian artist Peter Kogler to provide an artistic decoration for the Pollution and Carbon Sink. We present images of how this innovation was transformed into a work of art. The artist tells us about his work and the importance of the link between the technological and environmental challenge.
Peter Kogler has often worked in public spaces and made his mark on urban landscapes – his work includes the corridors of the Vienna metro (2012), Innsbruck city hall (2004) and the Nuits Blanches in Paris in 2004.
