The role of a services center manager at SUEZ consists of, economic, operational and managing a waste collection and recycling center to optimize costs, time, quality of service and safety. You will guarantee the profitability of the center and customer satisfaction in collaboration with the sales department.
Directs resources and the performance of the organization
Adjusts resource forecasts in accordance with business developments
Draws up the budget, ensuring its application and the control of costs
Develops the centerās employees
Guarantees the safety of the people, equipment and facilities under his or her responsibility by applying health and safety regulations
Participates in the reinforcement of a risk prevention culture
Ensures that the environmental quality policy is enforced by applying the associated procedures and regulations
Customer services/management
Determines the capacity and availability of human and material resources required to fulfil customersā needs, for optimal efficiency and quality of service
In collaboration with the sales teams, determines the quantity of resources required for offers and in presenting reports
Encourages quality service by organizing regular customer visits
Operations
Manages the implementation of standard procedures
Monitors the equipment and that it is used in an optimal manner to achieve profitability
