Return on Capital Employed (ROCE)

Ratio of net income, before interest charges and after tax, to the average capital employed. It indicates the profitability of the funds invested by the shareholders and those loaned by the banking and financial system.

ROE

Ratio of net income to shareholders’ equity. It is a measure of the profitability of the funds invested by the shareholders.
