Our Digital Solutions entity provides the City of El Paso with a comprehensive approach to optimizing water utility network performance by evaluating the entire system and balancing key factors such as reducing energy costs, ensuring water quality, maintaining asset availability, and operating within network constraints. Through this adoption, the City has achieved measurable results, including a 10% annual reduction in electricity costs and a 6% improvement in pump efficiency. Beyond cost savings, the technology has improved understanding of the system, streamlined daily operations, and enhanced overall asset performance.

LVVWD has partnered with us to address challenges in asset renewal by moving beyond simple risk ranking toward a holistic strategy that considers both risk and hydraulic performance. Leveraging existing risk indices, LVVWD applied AssetAdvanced® to simulate pipe breaks and assess system-wide impacts on pressure, demand, and customer service. Using a multi-objective approach, they combined risk, criticality, cost, and hydraulic criteria to identify renewal strategies that improve redundancy, reduce risk, and direct capital dollars toward projects delivering the greatest system benefit.
