  • Our environmental laboratories will be exhibiting at Brownfield Land Scotland 2023 in Glasgow.

    This conference provides practical solutions for the improved investigation and development of brownfield and contaminated land in Scotland.  

    The agenda includes:

    • Advances in Laboratory Analysis for Different Contaminants to Optimise Risk Assessment

     

    Ken Scally, Our Technical & Quality Director will also be giving a talk on ‘Emerging contaminants – what's all the pressure about?’ during the event. He’ll introduce the emerging contaminant 6PPD-Quinone, a chemical used in rubber tyres which can cause acute toxicity in coho salmon. He’ll also cover other emerging contaminants including pharmaceuticals and personal care products, 1,4-Dioxane and PFAS.

     

    Our team will be available throughout the event and will be showcasing our environmental monitoring capabilities for contaminated land and water.
