Philippe Andrau joined SUEZ in 2013.
Philippe Andrau started his legal career in 1987 at Sanofi as an M&A lawyer, then he headed the legal department of its bio-industries branch.
Then he served as General Counsel of Thomson (now Technicolor) and as legal head of the Alstom Group’s subsidiary GEC-Alsthom Transport.
Following this, he went on to manage the legal department of CMA-CGM group, a French company specialized in maritime transport.
Since September 2013 Philippe Andrau is Group General Counsel at SUEZ, where he manages a multidisciplinary and international legal team on the five continents, to serve and support the Group’s businesses and clients as well as to protect its assets more generally.
Philippe Andrau holds a PhD in public international law.
