- Profit warning
- An announcement to the stock market by a company, warning that profits will fall short of the levels expected by the financial community.
- Public Buy-Back Offer
- A company can buy back up to 10% of its own securities, under certain conditions.
- Public Offer of Withdrawal
- A procedure by which a shareholder owning at least 95% of the voting rights for the company whose shares are listed on a regulated market, makes an offer to withdraw the remaining shares from the market.
