- Earnings per share (EPS)
- EPS is the net earnings of the company divided by the number of shares comprising the capital value.
- EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization)
- The company’s income before payment of interest on loans, taxes, provisions (depreciation, etc.) and amortisation. It is similar to the French concept of excédent brut d’exploitation.
- Effluent
- A generic term used to designate wastewater.
- Energy-from-waste (EfW)
- Recovery of calories contained in incinerated waste, allowing thermal or electrical energy to be generated.
- Eurolist
- "Eurolist unites, under one common name, the listed companies ranked by compartment, based on market capitalisation: - Compartment A: a capitalisation above 1 billion euros - Compartment B: a capitalisation between 150 million and 1 billion euros - Compartment C: a capitalisation lower than 150 million euros"
- Euronext Paris
- Company overseeing the trading functions on the Paris stock market and that manages, organises, and develops the transferable securities market.
