Incineration site manager

The role of an Incineration site manager at SUEZ consists of managing human and material assets in the provision of services and in ensuring the correct functioning of the incineration facilities used for non-dangerous substances. Ensures that environmental, safety and operational regulations are respected. Contributes to business development activities and the quality of customer relations in order to fill industrial capacity.


Main activities


  • Carries out business development activities and follows up on sales activities in order to fill industrial capacity
  • Drafts responses to calls for tender and participates in projects

Supervises operations and maintenance

  • Optimises production within fixed contractual limits
  • Coordinates installation shut-downs with operations and maintenance managers
  • Manages communications with local associations, institutional organizations and external stakeholders
  • Optimises the installations by proposing modifications, extensions and work to be carried out on the site
  • Correctly manages effluents and the correct functioning of recycling facilities


  • Manages internal and external resources at his or her disposal to ensure the continuation of operations (maintenance, operations)
  • Manages employees, supporting them in their professional development
  • Ensures that health and safety regulations are correctly applied


  • Headcount: 20 to 120 people
  • Turnover: from €10 to €60 M

Required experience
