Director of a regional centre

The role of a Director of a regional centre at SUEZ consists of managing a regional centre within the framework defined by company management.


Main activities

  • Defines the strategic orientation of the regional centre (commercial, investments, organisation) and implements the policy of Water France
  • Manages commercial development and contributes to the growth of results of the centre both with regard to sales with existing customers as well as developing new business
  • Manages the regional centre with the aim of improving its performance
  • Builds the social cohesion of the entity by establishing good social relations, chairing the works council, meeting personnel representatives and the committee for health, safety and working conditions
  • Validates communication operations


  • Staff: between 150 and 350 persons of which 10 to 15 managers
  • Clientele: 80% local authorities and 20% industry
  • Turnover between €25 and 95 M

External corporate relations

Politicians and the technical departments of local, institutional and administrative authorities, the media

Required experience

Baccalaureate, plus 5 years studying engineering or at business school

At least 10 years of experience. Experience of business unit management and experience of selling to local authorities
