The SUEZ Foundation in Indonesia

After the 2004 tsunami, Secours Populaire Français participated in several rebuilding projects in Indonesia. SUEZ Foundation participated in one of them, co-financing the reconstruction of the Lhong Raya school near Banda Aceh. At the same time, INEO SUEZ launched a “1 euro for Asia” program among its employees that raised funds to finance supplies and equipment for three Indonesian schools.
Early in 2008, in conjunction with development programs following the emergency assistance effort, SUEZ Foundation financed the construction and equipment of a computer room at Keude Bieng school, near Banda Aceh.
