At the 2007 Shareholders’ Meeting, the Group Board of Directors will offer a dividend of €1.20 per share, a 20% increase compared to the dividend paid in 2006 for 2005 earnings and a 50% increase compared to the dividend paid in 2005 for 2004 earnings.
