The CNDD (national council for sustainable development) is a forum for dialogue and collaboration, created in 2002 under the authority of the prime minister.
The Council has 90 members from civil society and local government. The CNDD's main missions are to be:
a force for social responsible proposals to the government regarding sustainable development;
a consensus forming body;
an open institution.
SUEZ has been a member of the CNDD since its creation in 2002.
