Dialogue with our stakeholders

The Group believes that transparent communication with all of its business partners is essential. These exchanges support its continued progress while strengthening its local integration.

By getting involved in sustainable development, SUEZ assumes a range of responsibilities that goes far beyond economic performance. It is a necessity for the Group to maintain a constructive dialogue with all of its business partners:employees, shareholders, customers, civil society, and public authorities.

The proper functioning of its activities depends largely on the challenges related to this dialogue:

puce rouge establishing a climate of trust that fosters cooperation;
red spot reconciling the expectations and constraints of each party;
red spot creating value for all;
red spot sharing expertise with its partners.

When faced with the complexity of these problems, SUEZ cannot formulate its answers alone. As a management tool, dialogue enriches the sustainable development action plans of the Group and its subsidiaries.
